Train with College Coaches & Teachers at the CSDS Combine!

Prepare for Dance Teams with our two-day event packed with 12 amazing classes! Class styles include Progressions, Jazz Technique, Jumps & Leaps, Turns, Mock Audition, Jazz, Contemporary, & Pom. Dancers will also have the opportunity for a sit-down Q&A session to learn about dance team life, auditions, and the recruitment process.

*Must be 13 years old by June 14, 2024.


Open to dancers from all studios. Intermediate/Advanced level classes.

Registration opens January 1, 2024.

2024 Pricing:

$275 per student

  • Price includes 12 classes & Q&A session.

  • Payment must be completed to secure your spot.

  • First come, first serve - limited enrollment available.

  • Online registration closes on June 1, 2024.

Sample Schedule:
Mock Audition:

Our Combine Faculty will put the dancers through a mock audition, similar to a dance team audition. They will use the Jazz and Pom combos taught on Friday night and Saturday morning throughout the audition process. Combine Faculty will offer insightful feedback to the students to help them prepare for college auditions.

Attire, Shoes, Breaks, & Notes:
  • CSDS Combine is a drop-off and pick-up recommended event. Parents may not enter the dance rooms during classes but are welcome to sit in the lobby to watch on the viewing monitors if space allows. 

  • Students will remain in the same dance room for the entire Combine workshop.

  • Clothing Attire: Students must wear the same outfit for the entire day to eliminate changing clothes in bathrooms. No Ballet attire is needed; have your children wear tight-fitting dance clothing each day (no t-shirts or baggy clothes). 

  • Shoes: For all classes - Jazz Shoes (foot paws, turners, etc.)

  • Students have two options for Lunch/Dinner Breaks:

    1. Bring a packed meal at the beginning of the day to eat during the break (plan the packed lunches accordingly with ice packs/non-perishable items).

    2. Have a parent/guardian drop off lunch at our assigned drop-off table, (by the exit hallway) no later than 30 minutes prior to the lunch/dinner break times. When dropping off food at the table, please write your child's first and last name on the packaging so they can easily locate it during lunch/dinner (we will have markers for you to do this inside the studio).

    • Dancers may not leave the studio during lunch/dinner, as they would not make it back in time for the start of their next class.​
