Happy New Year Blue Crew Families!
Here are the final details for this Friday's rehearsal and Cavs performance. Tickets will be sent to the SeatGeek profile attached to the email you provided to purchase tickets. We suggest downloading the SeatGeek App to your phone as they do not accept printed tickets.
Friday, January 5th
4:00-5:30 pm
Rehearsal at Lee Eaton Elementary - not a dress rehearsal, no costumes needed.
*Drop-off & pick up at Lee Eaton
*Costume tops will be handed out at rehearsal
6:30 pm
Doors open. The Cavalier's hip hop dance team, the Scream Team, does a cypher/freestyle circle by the team shop, next to the Cliff's entrance, if your child would like to watch or participate!
7:30 pm
Tip Off
IMMEDIATELY AFTER THE FIRST QUARTER
Meet outside portal 19 on the main concourse.
Performers and Blue Crew instructors ONLY will head downstairs to the "backstage" area of the court. All coats, loose articles, phones, etc., will need to be handed off before heading downstairs. Any items taken downstairs will be left backstage during the performance and left unsupervised.
Halftime
Performance will happen during this time slot.
Post-performance pick up
All performers are to be picked up by parents/guardians immediately following the performance outside of Portal 19 on the main concourse.
Additional information:
All performers are to be performance-ready before tip off. This includes competition hair, makeup, and costume (lashes are not required).
Costume pieces:
Black sweatpants with Blue Crew logo on the front (same as last year), black zip-up tank for girls, black tank for boys, your own black mid-length socks & black high-top air forces.
Performers are allowed to change into their own CSDS merch/team gear after the performance.

Important venue policy updates
Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse requires that children under the age of 17 and under must be accompanied by a parent and/or guardian to gain entry into events.
Bags must be 14" x 14" x 6" or smaller.
