CSDS Adidas Warm-Up Gear and Studio Backpacks!
Hello CSDS Parents!
Attached below, please find the order forms for our custom CSDS Adidas gear. If you are new to the studio or missed the opportunity last year, now is the time to purchase! This spirit wear is not mandatory to order, but a large number of students bought these items last year and we have had a good amount of interest to order again. Since these are custom Adidas colors and items that are not available in stores, this will be the only Adidas order for the year... don't miss out!
Please have order forms sent in no later than October 16, 2023. You may drop off order forms at the front desk or you can e-mail back sizes and apparel needed and we will fill out a form for you. We will also print out order forms that will be available at the front desk if you cannot print at home. We will charge your payment portal accounts for these orders or you may bring in cash/check (made out to Center Stage) with your order form.
Due to shipping delays, we have been informed that these items may take 60+ days to receive. If you choose the embroidery option, additional time is required as well. We have to purchase these items in bulk, so there could be a chance an order will not be made if there is low interest in a particular item. We cannot guarantee these items will be ready by the holidays, but we hope they will be!
