Hi CSDS Company Families,
Our first round of Super Bowl Square sales was very successful! We have two completed boards and we are on our way to completing a third board!
You can continue (or begin) selling squares for round two. All of the details are the same. Selling in two rounds helped Becky and Robin with inputting names gradually. We will use a new Google Form for the second round to help keep it all organized. Venmo is the preferred method of payment. The squares are $20 each, with half going to your dancer and $250 payouts for each quarter of the game.
We plan to wrap up sales by February 3rd so we have time to make sure we have complete boards. Families are responsible for collecting the money for the squares they sell. On or before February 3rd, we ask that you Venmo the CSDS account (@Sherry-Federan), or turn in an envelope with cash payment to the front desk labeled “Super Bowl Squares.” Please include your dancer’s name on the envelope.
When paying in Venmo, please type the dancer’s first name, last initial, and the number of squares sold (see example below). Winners will have the choice of the money being added to their dance accounts or a Venmo payment to the dance family. It is your responsibility to distribute winnings to those who purchased the squares.
