Dear CSDS Company Families,
Super Bowl LVIII is right around the corner! CSDS Company dancers have the opportunity to sell squares for the big game again this year as a fundraiser. Squares are $20 each. Families will receive $10 for each square sold onto their payment portal accounts. The other half will go toward winners. The payouts will be $250 per quarter.
We will be using an electronic system to create the boards and select numbers this year. The squares are chosen randomly by the platform. The completed boards will be shared through email during the week before the game. It is your responsibility to distribute the completed boards to your buyers.
The first phase will begin immediately and go through January 20th. Families are responsible for collecting the money for the squares they sell. On or before January 20th, we ask that you Venmo the CSDS account (@Sherry-Federan), or turn in an envelope with cash payment to the front desk labeled “Super Bowl Squares.” Please include your dancer’s name on the envelope. You will also need to complete this Google Form so we can begin entering names into the online platform for random selection.
The second phase will begin on January 22nd and go through February 3rd. Much like the first phase, you will sell squares and collect the money. We ask that you pay for the squares via the methods described above (Venmo or cash). A different Google Form will be shared for this phase on January 22nd.
Venmo is the preferred method of payment, but we understand if you need to pay with cash. Please only pay one time for each phase. If you are using Venmo, please see the attached example to complete the “What’s this for?” section in the app. Type the dancer’s first name, last initial, and the number of squares sold. Winners will have the choice of the money being added to their dance accounts or a Venmo payment made to the dance family. It is your responsibility to distribute winnings to those who purchased the squares.
